Iaido and Battodo Federation of Serbia organized
a Nakamura Ryu Battodo seminar from 19th to the 22nd of March, 2008.
in Belgrade with the representatives of Kokusai Battodo Renmei.
Our guests were the instructors from Japan: Nakamura Kenzo sensei,
7. dan, kyoshi, president of Kakuseikai hombu dojo, chairman of
the board of directors of KBR, and Nomura Yoshitaka sensei, 7. dan,
renshi, vice president of the Kakuseikai hombu dojo, member of the
board of directors of KBR. The first two trainings, held in Taishukan
dojo in Belgrade, were for the senior members of our federation.
The other trainings were opened for all the members of our federation.
The entire technical curriculum of Nakamura Ryu Battodo was explained
in detail during this year's seminar. On the first training, Nakamura
sensei and Nomura sensei performed the embu for the seminar participants,
as well as for the guest from the Embassy of Japan in Belgrade,
attache for culture, miss Gonda Yukina. On this occasion, Nakamura
sensei and Nomura sensei, presented the Embassy of Japan in Serbia
with the books of Nakamura Taizaburo sensei, the founder of the
ryu.
On the 22nd of March was organized the yudansha examination. Five
members of our federation succesfully passed their shodan test:
Aleksandar Suzic (Hyakurenkan dojo), Bojan Ivkovic (Bokuden dojo),
Igor Marinkovic (Taishukan dojo), Djordje Stojsic (Taishukan dojo)
and Vuk Vukicevic (Taishukan dojo). Two members passed their nidan:
Milan Ilic (Taishukan dojo) and Jasmina Damnjanovic (Taishukan dojo).
Darko Gedelovski, dojo-cho of Bokuden dojo, passed his sandan. Dejan
Damnjanovic, shibu-cho for Serbia and dojo-cho of Taishukan dojo,
passed his godan grade. |
